In Motion Athletics Training  offers a variety of training programs to  include,
  • Individualized and custom training plans and coaching
  • Core and strength training
  • Running  Form  and bio-mechanics training  
  • Summer and Fall training program, starts June 30th, 2014
  • Pittsburgh Marathon & Half training, starts January 3rd, 2015
  • In-home personal training
