  •  Half and full Pittsburgh Marathon training group – kick-off run Jan 4th, 2014
  • Marathon and Half information session Dec 21st, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, at Mount Lebanon Recreation Center – all serious about training are welcome to attend
  • Pittsburgh Marathon 5K training group – starts in late Feb, information to follow
  • Individualized and custom training plans and one-on-one coaching
  • Runners core and strength classes
  •  Good Form Running and bio-mechanics coaching
  •  Summer and Fall programs to be announced April/May 2014 

Our Spring and Summer marathon training programs  have been tried and tested over the last several years,  capturing personal records, age group and overall medals for many runners.  Several runners who have trained with us over the years have qualified for Boston and some have achieved sub-3 hour marathons.

Our custom group and individualized  programs are about training and helping you reach your running, health and fitness goals, while doing it safely and efficiently.
